Does it change the document automatically?+

Issue detection is advisory: each flagged item is reviewed and accepted by you. Formatting is the one action DocReview applies directly and only against a saved profile you run.

Can different formatting profiles be saved per client?+

Yes. Save a profile per template or per client: font family, size, text format and style for heading, sub-heading, main agreement and schedule body, then apply the right one before the draft goes out.

How does this relate to Mike DocCompare?+

DocReview checks a single document for internal errors. DocCompare shows what changed between two versions. Teams generally run DocReview before sending and DocCompare when a version comes back.
